Ron Frazier received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ball State University in 1985. Following law school, Ron served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William G. Conover of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Ron then began practicing primarily in the area of insurance law, where he litigated claims on behalf of insured persons and the companies which insured them. Ron’s jury trial experience is diverse, ranging from slip and fall cases, subrogation, automobile accidents fires, dog bites, and criminal cases ranging from driving while intoxicated to a murder trial. During his career which now spans over two decades Ron has litigated complex civil and medical issues ranging from whiplash to traumatic brain injury.

Mr. Thompson comes is a third-generation attorney, as his father and grandfather both practiced law in Indiana for many years. While in law school, Mr. Thompson joined the office of Frazier & Associates as a Law Clerk in 2004, and was retained as an Associate Attorney upon being admitted to the Indiana bar in October 2005.

In his practice, Mr. Thompson represents clients in Marion County and all of the surrounding counties. His practice encompasses a wide variety of areas, including personal injury litigation, criminal defense, social security disability claims, insurance defense, worker’s compensation claims, traffic violations, driver’s license suspensions, and child support matters.

     After defending several of the nation's largest insurance companies for years, Mr. Blessing now represents people who have been injured or killed by the negligence of others, including victims of serious car and truck crashes and defective products. He handles wrongful death claims and personal injuries including neurological (spinal cord, traumatic brain injuries and reflex sympathetic dystrophy--RSD) and orthopedic injuries involving the neck, back, limbs and joints such as herniated discs, fractures, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder and rotator cuffs. His cases have involved multiple-fatality crashes, victims of drunk drivers, injured pedestrians, hit-and-run, insurance bad faith, uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM and UIM) claims.

     Mr. Blessing advises business clients on contracts and risk management to minimize their liability exposure. Sometimes litigation is unavoidable and when disputes arise, Mr. Blessing represents (plaintiff and defense) people and closely held companies on employment matters, leases, non-competes, trade secrets, intellectual property, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, debt collection, breach of contract, warranty and fraud claims. He serves as lead trial counsel for a diverse group of clientele in court, before administrative agencies and arbitrations.

     An Honor Scholar and cum laude graduate of DePauw University, Mr. Blessing received his law degree from Indiana University where he was a Balfour Scholar and was voted Best Advocate in moot court by a panel of sitting judges. Since then, he has served as lead counsel in state and federal courts including oral arguments before the Indiana Supreme Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. He has been recognized by his peers with the prestigious AV Rating, which signifies the highest proficiency and ethics in the legal profession. In 2009, Mr. Blessing was certified as a Life Member in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an elite national organization of trial lawyers who have won their clients a verdict or settlement of $2 million or more. Less than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. He was bestowed a Lifetime Partner Award by Little Star Center, a non-profit therapy facility for autistic children in Carmel, Indiana where he also served as president of the parent board.
