Short Stories about Cryptocurrency

Two short stories exploring the different challenges faced by young women and men in modern society.

The first story explores an arranged marriage in India from a woman's perspective. As I wrote this story, I was inspired by short stories such as "The Dead" by James Joyce; "A Christmas Tree and a Wedding" by Fyodor Dostoevsky; and "The Kiss" and "A Respectable Woman" by Kate Chopin.

The second story explores a war over cryptocurrency in eastern Europe from two men's perspectives. That second story is somewhat related to the current war in Iran as it deals with war's impact on a deflationary currency. As I wrote the second story, I was inspired by novels, short stories and pieces of music such as 1984 by George Orwell; In our time by Ernest Hemmingway; "Breakfast at Twilight" by Phillip K. Dick; and "Ashes of the Wake" by Lamb of God.
